A full continuity of care service, with a midwife who empowers and trusts a woman to birth her own baby in the comfort of her own home surrounded by love.
Antenatal care in collaboration with you, in the comfort of your home. Providing you with information and resources which will enable you to make choices that are appropriate for you and your baby.
The inclusion of your partner, other children and support people during your antenatal care, so that everyone is in the same boat to support you during labour and birth.
A comprehensive lending library of books and videos.
A pool is also available to borrow for women wanting the option of water in labour or a waterbirth, but do not have a bath large enough to move around in.
Antenatal Education tailored to each individual woman’s needs.
Labour and birth care, with an emphasis on minimal intervention.
Waterbirth, VBAC and Siblings at birth.
Postnatal care up to 6 weeks following your birth.
Assistance with breastfeeding.
Appointment times to suit you.
Assistance to establish networks for ongoing support.
Collaboration with and/or referral to other Health Professionals should you request or require, in consultation with you.
Should a transfer to hospital be required I will go with you and become your advocate, whilst still providing continuity of care.
